Decisions Deferred
Yesterday the Growler learned that the ARHA board appointments, originally scheduled for Council vote on Tuesday, November 25, have now been put off until January.

Why the delay? Perhaps they have decided to take it seriously? Especially since Council elections are coming up....
Other than Melvin Miller (with whom we already unfortunately familiar), who ARE these candidates? I googled them, but they just seem to me largely donors to the Democrat party. Anybody got any information about their qualifications to be on the ARHA board? Are any of the candidates from our neighborhood?
I highly doubt anyone from the PG neighborhood would be considered, basically because they would raise holy heck against whats been going on....my guess is Miller is reappointed and the Mayor gives him a glowing endorsement.

They probably want to vet everyone. There are some shady characters on the list I have seen.

Well one qualification apparently is that you swear unyielding loyalty to Resolution 830.
