What I would like to do is take that wheel and bang it over the head of Farner and Euielle a few times; maybe it would inject some sense into their heads....
And I am sure I could find a few spare bike wheels among all the litter and garbage on Wythe, Madison, and Montgomery.....
I actually took this survey. There are several opportunities to comment on the crime problem, etc. in PG. For example, it asks, why don't you walk to the metro more frequently. Duh.
