The Alexandria City school district will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 1 at 7 PM to "discuss issues related to Jefferson-Houston School for Arts and Academics."
According to the ACPS press release, the purpose of the town meeting is "for School Board members and senior ACPS administrators to gather feedback about what the public feels are priorities for Jefferson-Houston."
The topics for discussion will include academics, the arts focus, facilities, and school climate, but participants may bring up other relevant issues as well.
Optional building tours will be provided from 6:30 to 7 p.m. The meeting will take place at the school at 1501 Cameron Street. Advanced registration is not required.
